Sometimes those mini-goals are just as important as the overall goal of getting to a particular goal weight. You’re so right that this is much more than an is about overall health as well. Good visualizing techique. Those jeans are a good positive goal and reminder of what you want to accomplish. I think we both have the same weight range goal. I want to get to 155 or lower. I went from 240 to 219 since the New Year but I got off track the last couple of months. I’m getting back on slowly. The thing is to not give up. Take Baby Steps.
